• As we currently live in an era of booming high-tech, everything we do is becoming “digitalized”. These days, it seems that almost everything can be done online, and traveling to attend exhibitions or events is one of them.
• How It Works

1. Plan event attendance after checking our listed event and exhibition calendar.
2. Book your event on our online booking system.
3. We will confirm booking as well as EVENT attending zoom link to your registered mail address.
4. Now you will kindly requested to proceed payment  by payment link which we will generate and send it to you upon .
5. Once payment had been done you will receive payment confirmation. 

• Pricing 
• 1 Hour Remote attending by our bilingual host : 45$
• Incase the exhibition is applying Entrance Fees , we will include the entrance fees based on actual rate.
• Each Tour to be charged : 12$ as internet usage charges .
• Once payment done it will be non-refundable.

• Handling payments
  Personal Data: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service will not be disclosed for any 3rd party or never to be used for promotional or marketing camping .
• Services terms & conditions 
• ZOOM Meeting application is to be used during exhibition or event remote attending experience.
• We expect some delay or signal drop in some areas of the conventional halls, so our hosts will their best to provide best connection quality and they are well trained to maintain same connection level.​
